• Bulk or Specialty Orders: Orders that include large quantities or specialty products require additional processing. A 50% restocking fee will apply to returned items in this category.

• Opened or Used Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or damaged products.

• Defective Products: If an item is defective upon arrival, we will provide a full replacement or refund without any restocking fee.

• Custom Orders: Items specifically tailored to client requests are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
